According to Article 32 of the Law No. 5174, every company that makes purchases or sales transactions over the minimum quantities of the items included in the Exchange Listing has to register with the Exchange of the place where it is located. Companies that do not comply with this are registered by the stock exchange ex officio and they are notified.
